Ready to Book?

Step 1: Inquiry + Consultation

1.1. Let's get connected!

Begin by reaching out via the contact page on my website to express your interest in my services!

1.2. I'll send out my availability for scheduling a phone consultation: here we will discuss your requirements, vision, and any specific details regarding the photoshoot.

1.3. Discuss expectations and options: During the consultation, clarify the type of photoshoot, preferred location, desired style, number of images required, and any special requests. I can also provide insight into the process, pricing, and available packages.

Step 2: Deposit + Booking

2.1. Review and sign contract:

Following the consultation, I will send you a virtual contract outlining the terms and conditions of the photoshoot, including pricing, payment schedule, cancellation policy, and usage rights.

2.2. Pay deposit: To secure your booking, you'll be required to pay a 50% deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and reserves your time slot!

2.3. Confirm booking: Once the deposit is received and the contract is signed, I'll confirm the booking, reserving the agreed-upon date and time for your session. YIPPEE! Now for the fun details!

Step 3: Planning + Preparation

3.1. Collaborate on logistics:

We will be working closely to finalize logistical details such as the exact location, timing, and any specific props or wardrobe requirements for the shoot.

3.2. Create a shot list: Together we will surf the wild waves of Pinterest/tumblr/inters of net to create a detailed shot list outlining the specific images or poses you want to capture during the session. This ensures that everyone is on the same page and helps streamline the shoot. Having a "vision board" is always a great way to execute our dream aesthetic.

3.3. Prepare for the session: In the days leading up to the photoshoot, gather any necessary items, such as outfits, accessories, or props, and ensure that everything is clean, organized, and ready for use on the day of the shoot. If you need more guidance on how to prep for a session, please visit the "Photo Prep Page."

Step 4: Photoshoot + Delivery

4.1. PHOTOSHOOT DAY!

On the scheduled date, we will finally get to meet and create together! We will use directional cues and lots of fun concepts to make candid magic come true.

4.2. Enjoy the experience: Relax, have fun, and enjoy the photoshoot experience! Take a shot, bring a hype man, blast your favorite tunes amidst our shoot. I will do everything I can to create a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere to capture authentic and memorable images.

4.3. Receive and review proofs: After the photoshoot, I will send over a selection of proofs or previews for you to review. Take the time to carefully assess the images and choose your "favorites" to be professionally retouched.

4.4. Finalize and receive delivery: Once you've selected your favorite images, I will prepare the final deliverables within our contract terms. Depending on the agreed-upon terms, this may include digital files, prints, albums, or other products. Upon completion, these final images will be sent via email linking you to my online gallery(Pixieset.)

To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place… I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.
